TRUTH.  A Trenscendent reality exists and we seek to align our minds, our hearts and our ministry to its design. Truth frees us to live confidently and transparently in all our relationships.

INTEGRITY.  We seek to live what we represent and claim to be in our values, priorities, goals and ministry.  While our actions may not always correspond to our beliefs and goals, we maintain integrity through acknowledging our flaws and living under the grace of God.

LOVE AND ACCEPTANCE.  People are the crowning glory of God's creation.  Each person is unique and will be treated with respect, love, mercy and grace without condition.

SERVICE.  God honors us with the privilege of joining Him in fulfilling His plans.  Serving adds significance and satisfaction to one's life.  Jesus calls us to make a godly difference in the church and in the community through service.

ENTHUSIASM/PASSION.  The message and ministry we possess thrills us and moves us to worship, to live, and to act with an inward, compelling desire.  Genuine passion is contagious and it honors the awesome nature of our God.

EXCELLENCE.  What God does far surpasses what any one else can do.  In everything we do, we seek to do it as well as we can given our present resources and to always improve.  A high grade of quality reflects the majesty of our God and causes people to take notice of Him through our passion for excellence.

LEADERSHIP.  A healthy church begins with its leadership.  Leaders who help other people fulfull their passion and giftedness make the church effective in her ministry.  Jesus establishes leadership for this very purpose.

PRAYER.  The whole of our ministry in every part depends on an abiding relationship with Jesus.  We can ask for his power, provision, partnership and presence.  We are His church and He longs to be a part of us and our activities!
