	METAKIDS REGISTRATION INFORMATION
	Registration Every family will be required to fill out a registration form with family information and child information. A database of information will be kept and updated as circumstances change. Registration will only be required on the first visit to our METAKidz ministry. Check-In Parents are asked to sign their children in 15 minutes prior to the start of the Sunday service in order to assure a prompt start to the METAKidz program. The sign in desk is located just inside the METAKidz entrance to the church. Upon entering the church building, parents will sign in their child while their child retrieves their personalized name tag. Parents must show identification to the desk attendant.		Personalized name tags for each child will be made after a child’s second visit to the church. First time guests will receive a guest name tag. Parents are asked to exit the METAKids area through a door leading right into the worship service space. If a child arrives after the start of the service, parents are asked to exit the church building and re-enter through the main church entrance. Check-Out Upon completion of the Sunday service, parents will be able to enter the METAKids area of the church through the door to the left of the stage. Parents will be required to present identification before picking up their child. If a person other than the parent is picking up a child, his/her name must be on the allowed pick up list given to the church in advance. Children will not be permitted out of the area until retrieved by the parent to other authorized person.
	You can register in advance by downloading our registration form and having that prepared prior to coming. This will speed up the process of placing your child/children in our METAKids ministry area.
